Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 Review
Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633
The Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is a new laptop offering that hit the market just recently (at the time of this writing). It boasts several cool features. Based on what I've seen, the Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is a solid all-around laptop. As far as features go, it appears to fit the power-user very well. It's also a good fit for business users and students. Chat with a product specialist.

The Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is based on the Intel P6200, a dual-core processor. As such, ti can handle multi-tasked apps fairly well.
Although the Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is upgradeable to 8GB of RAM, you would need to remove both of the existing 2GB DIMMs to do so since there are no available slots. That said, 4GB is plenty for most users. Inside the Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is a 500GB SATA harddrive. At 5400rpm, it is slower than the fast 7200rpm varieties but it is par for the course as far as sub-$500 laptops go.
The built-in DVD writer is a feature that many sub-$500 laptops do not offer. A built-in webcam is included for those of you who like to do lots of video chatting and whatnot.

This Acer laptop weighs in under 6lbs, making it an easily portable machine.
At the end of the day, the Acer Aspire AS5733Z-4633 is a great all-around machine. Although it not great for gaming, it will perform acceptably for casual gamers. However, I would say this laptop is best suited for the business user or student.
